Submitting a Statement or Error Code

If you want me to analyze a questionable fee or help troubleshoot a terminal error, keep these details in mind:

  • Redact your private data: Before sending a statement PDF or image, black out your Merchant ID (MID), business legal name, and bank account/routing numbers.
  • Include hardware & software details: If reporting a terminal issue, mention the device model (e.g., Pax A920, Dejavoo QD4) and connection type (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, or Cellular).
  • No confidential card data: Never send credit card numbers, CVVs, or customer personal data under any circumstance.
